After completing a B.Sc. in Dietetics at Stellenbosch University, Daniella spent her community service year at a hospital in the Northern Cape. She then returned to Cape Town and opened her own private practice after working with an online weight management program, where she helped clients achieve their health goals.

Daniella initially pursued a B.Sc. in Animal Science at Stellenbosch University in 2015, but her personal experience of living as a vegan for six years sparked a deeper passion for human nutrition. Facing the challenges and criticisms of being vegan led her to switch degrees and study Dietetics. Drawing from her firsthand experience, as well as her academic training, Daniella helps others live a balanced, sustainable lifestyle that works for them.

During her time as a Community Service Dietitian, Daniella discovered her passion for helping clients manage a variety of health conditions. She takes an individualized approach with each client, aiming to empower them with the knowledge and tools they need to make lasting changes and live a healthier life.

Daniella is a proud member of the Board of Health Care Funders, the Association for Dietetics in South Africa (ADSA), and the Health Professions Council of South Africa (DT0060160). This ensures that she remains at the forefront of the latest nutrition information. Her consultation fees are claimable from medical aids.

Outside of work, Daniella enjoys staying active, cooking, playing padel, traveling, exploring nature, and spending quality time with her family, friends, and animals.
